Bottle. Really good locking, pitch black body with a big, fluffy, well lacing beige head. Aroma is dominated by dark chocolate malt. Flavor is dark, moderate roasted malt, lots of dark chocolate, hint of coffee , some toast and relatively bitter without feeling particular hoppy. It’s almost something harsh bitter, not unpleasant but unbalanced. OK body and mostly bitter chocolate malt in aftertaste. Drinkable, but it feels a bit monotone and unbalanced.

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Mørk gylden. Høyt tett skum. Daler veldig sakte. Forsiktig aroma av krydder & plommer. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken mandler.

Bottled 500ml (Vinmonopolet)
Hazy orange-amber colour, small white head. Citrus, light fruityness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrus and then some dry yeast in the flavour. Citric finish. Tolerable but kind of homebrewish.

A quite caramel/toffee driven dipa. Normally not my favorite. But this one had a quite ok balance. Also grapefruit hoppy, pine and some dried fruits. Not cloying sweet and not harse. Absolutely an ok dipa.

Hazed golden color with a fine thick white head. Good lacing. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness and bitterness. Quite refreshing. Pale malt, mild citric, herbal and mild fruity flavor.

Bottle at home. Has a cloudy bronze colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of weeds, pine, wort, fruity hops, grapefruit, caramel and orange peel. Hint of diacetyl. Sweet and malty flavour at first with caramel, grapefruit, bread than grass and pine. Has a slick and soft mouth feel, full-bodied and medium to heavy bitterness. A powerful ale which is both malty and hoppy. Solid.
