500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow body with a big, long lasting, dense white head. Quite mild aroma of spices, yeast, pale malt and some fruit. Flavor is light malt, mild fruity, yeast and some kind of harsh perfume. Medium body and aftertaste. Not exactly my cup of beer.

Golden with a white head - Hints of malt and hops in the aroma - Malt body to support a nice hop pofile that is a littel bit fruity - The hops goes into the finish with some dryness in the end - This was nice

Flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme: brunsvart med fint skum - kniplinger og film. Aroma og smak av mørke malter og mørkbrent kaffe, noe aske og lakris. Mykt karbonert med fin munnfylde. Tørr bitterhet og lang avslutning.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is sweet fruity, winegum, wet hops, wet grass, leafs, weeds, dried fruits, sugar, bark. Taste is sweet and harsh grassy, wet grass, sugar, dried fruits, winegum, weeds, wet hops, bark, minerals, alcohol, cardboard. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!

KØLF 161015. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, caramel, citrus, malt. Flavour is hop, grapefruit, caramel, citrus, malt, herbs. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a small and fast disappearing off-white head. Aroma of ripe fruit and some caramel malt. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, some citric fruit and average bitterness. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Not a typical IPA at all, but not bad at all. A bit like a hoppy version of a Belgium ale or something. Quite sweet and fruity with a good malt base and some fruity yeast. Quite pleasent if you don’t expect an IPA.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 01.12.15. Ebony. Fine brown head and lacing. Aromaa of roasted malt, smoke, wood, ash and vanilla. Similar taste, with pine, tar and good bitterness. Herbs in aftertaste.
