Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Crackle Rock Dark Destroyer ].Clear dark red brown colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, sweet malt, chocolate, cocoa, sweet chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, cocoa, chocolate, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 7-3-7-3-14

Cask-conditioned at the Southwestern, Southampton 2/7/2017. Deep gold in colour, with a thin, off-white, head. An easy drinking bitter, with a touch of citrus character, sweetish malts, leafy hops and a decent, bitter, finish. Fine.

500ml Bottle - Light copper in colour. Toffee and marmalade in the aroma. Marmalade, lemon, toffee and some slightly spicy notes in the taste.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, fruity yeast, pale malt, UK yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161012] 5-3-6-3-12

As Crackle Rock Fire Cracker 4.2% On the SilkTork Southampton through the looking glass tour. Cask conditioned at Tram Stop Southampton. Clear copper amber beer thin white head. Ok red malty fruity beer. Red amber beer. Ok condition and temp. Fine.

On the SilkTork Southampton through the looking glass tour. Cask handpull at the Tram Stop Southampton. Some citrus some lime clear golden ale with some dryness. Some straw. Decent condition. Decent.

Cask at the 8th Hampshire Octoberfest, Basingstoke. A golden amber pour with a thin white head; citrus aroma; and citrus flavour. A simple golden ale.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol, November 2014. Deep gold in colour, with a decent, white, head. Citrus fruits character, biscuity malts, a hint of caramel and decent, bitter, finish. Good.
