Sampled @ Gbbf London 2016. Fast klare hell gelbe Farbe. Geruch nach milden süßen Äpfeln. Geschmack süß fruchtig, reife milde Äpfel, einfach zu trinken.

Sampled @ GBBF day 1 as Haywood Farm Traditional Farmhouse Cider [3]. Clear very pale yellow color, no head. Aroma is sweet, sweet apple. Taste is fairly sweet, a bit sugary, sweet sugary apples. Quite dry finish though, more dry than I had expected.

Bladder box at the Stable, Falmouth, 25/04/16. Golden with a crown of light beige bubbles. Nose is crisp apple, light funk, earthy straw. Taste is funky apple orchard, wooded copse, straw, light sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close with well pitched bitter sweet interplay. Decent.

Bag in a Box @ Stable, Falmouth. Pours a very pale yellow with slight haze. Aroma is light green apples. Taste presents a lightly sour character with fruitiness compromised in favour of a firm tannin dryness. Ok.
