Panda courtesy of SHIG, cheers Shawn! Pale golden colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, elderflower hint, caramel. Taste is sweetish, apple, some core, caramel, with slight elderflower, hay, and malic acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying appley finish. Quite OK.

Clear bottle at the Shiggy tasting. This was towards the end of round two & we were rolling. Clear, pale, lightly active. Syrupy, caramelized, nose is a little old. Medicinal, earthy, caramel, semi-sweet, light acid, thin, zero direction. Bleh.

Bottle: Poured a golden with a bubble head. Aroma is floral, boxy, apple. Taste is sweet caramel, apple, elderflower.

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit, funk, straw. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, with some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet drying finish. Nicely drinkable

BIAB at Ciderdog Fest, Miller pub London. As Hayworth Dry. Slightly hazed golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, juicy, with some drying acidity and soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable

(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 10 May 2024) Pale orange colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, orange peel and a touch of sulphur. Fruity taste with notes of apples, orange peel, grass, flowers and a sweetish finish with mild tannins and a balanced acidity. Medium body, quite sweet. Tasty and well balanced sweet cider. Nice one.

5/8/2022. From BIAB at GBBF 2022, day 4. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is medium sweet apple, caramel, light sugars. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness and body. Slightly oily, low carbonation. Nice tart finish. Good.

500ml bottle picked up from Haywood Cider Farm. Pours clear gold, lovely fresh medium sweet orchard aroma, light flora, fleshy fruit. Taste presents a marvellous medium, distant caramelised fruit, fleshy moments, subtle tannin, nice drinkability. Good stuff.
