Half pint drawn straight from the barrel @ Haywood Cider Farm, sat outside in the Spring afternoon sun. Clear gold appearance. Aroma of characterful apple fruit. Pure juicy fruit to taste, with a moderate rough edge, soft tannins. Very good.

1/9/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, caramel, touch of funk. Medium sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, light sparkling carbonation. Quite enjoyable.

500ml bottle. Golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple, hint of caramel. Taste is mellow apple, lightly tart, with a caramel hint and some notes of core & skin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Golden colour, short-lived thin white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, some funk. Taste is tangy apple juicy, fruity, bittersweet with some underlying solventy, leathery funk and light tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
