Slightly hazy golden colour, no head. Aroma of apple, apple skins, yeast and pediococcus. Apple flavour, apple skins. Quite dry. Finish apple.

Cask @ GBBF 2014, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Lawrences Cider - Dry ].Light light unclear light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, sweet apples, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, sweet apples, medium dry, apple, tart vinegar notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat. [20140813]

From cask. Pours clear and golden yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is dry sulphorish apples. Zesty. Dry and slight citric. Dry finish.

On gravity at the Halfway House, Pitney, Somerset. Amber in colour and still. Decent apple fruit aroma with a touch of oak and caramel. Flavour had more of the same and was more medium than dry, although some tartness lingered on long in the aftertaste. Good.
