500ml bottle from Scrattings. Pours clear gold, gentle sparkle. Good medium apple fruit on the nose. Taste is smooth with settled medium apple fruit, dusty tannin, light fleshy notes, decent well rounded crisp medium cider.

Cask @ Nottingham Beer Festival. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, fruits, sulphur, tart and has a nice sour finish.

BIAB at Station House, Durham. Slightly hazy golden colour, no head and mucky barnyard aroma. Taste is fruity apple, mellow and juicy sweet, with horseblanket funk, oak and drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry tangy tannic finish. Very drinkable.

Cask at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. Thanks to Steve I’ve known. A light yellow straw coloured pour with a no head. Aroma is dry apple, plastic, pear, and spixy apple. Flavour is composed, tart apple, pear, plastic drying pithy apple,. Palate is dry and pithy, moderate carbonation. Decent dry.

From beersiveknown at GBBF 2017. Clear gold no head. yeasty cider apple aroma. Dry definitely. Almost parching. Some red skin apple taste really interesting. Lovely dryness.

Cask at the SRAF 2016... Golden amber.. Thin white lacing... Soft dry apple tanins nose... Soft sweet fruit.. Soft dry.. Long dry tanins finish. Odd its called sweet when very mouth puckering drying
