Cask gravity at Thomas Tallis Canterbury. Hazy amber colour no head. A little sweet in the malt. Orange tangerine flavours. light bitterness. Some candied citrus peel. Some yeast on the aroma. decent spicy bitterness on the finish. ok . 6.4 re rate Cask handpull at The County Hotel JDW Ashford. Slight haze gold. Lasting white head. Some citrus flavours some dryness on the finish. No huge aroma. 3.2 is about right more 6.3

Cask gravity at Made in Ashford. Hazy rich amber brown colour lasting bubbly beige head. Malty bitter. Biscuit aroma. Some sharp hops on the finish. A very English biscuit hippy bitter. Fine.

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity malt, fruity hops, sweet malt, sweet fruit, fruity, pale malt. 17/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hops, malt and fruit,. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Didn't seem particularly fresh.
