We believe in good quality, ecologically sustainable and ethically sound production methods.

The ingredients in our beers are primarily sourced from the UK, supporting local producers and reducing the 'beer miles' of all our products.

Our processes are designed to be vegan and vegetarian friendly and we are London's first microbrewery to produce all Vegetarian Society accredited products.

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity malt, tart - sour notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]

Cask gravity at the London drinker beer fest 2018. A milky yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is spicy wheat, banana, grassy, little hefe saison yeast. Flavour is composed of light earthy wheat grains, straw, grass, pithy dried citrus, pineapple. Palate dry, pithy, moderate carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle from London Beer Lab. Dark Yellow, with an almost ochre hue. Hazy and almost completely flat. Flowery note with hay, vegetal and bready malt notes. Sweetish and pleasant taste with a gentle finish. Light citrus peel and agave syrup in the aftertaste. Flat oily body. It's ok.
