Our processes are designed to be vegan and vegetarian friendly and we are London's first microbrewery to produce all Vegetarian Society accredited products.

Bottle at home, 02/09/17. As London Beer Lab in collaboration with Clarkshaws ... no mention of progress hops .... need to check at the lab in case a different brew. Hazed golden orange with a decent white cap that retains well. Nose is melon, straw, toasted grains, light hops, floral notes. Taste comprises pale malts, bread dough, citric peel, mineral strokes, dusty hops, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent lager with a mellow hop cacophony.

Cask at the 28th Ealing Beer Festival. Pours cloudy pale amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of hop, fruit, yeast, citrus and light herbs and spice. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium body, average to soft carbonation. Finish is dry, fruity and slightly treacly.

Cask stillage at the resurrected Catford Beer Festival, Catford Bridge Tavern, Catford. Amber pour with a white head. Vanilla, caramel, toffee aroma. Vanilla, caramel and light citrus flavour.

330ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy to macropore, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity, hoppy aroma, notes of gooseberry, unripe peach, grassy and herbal overtones. Taste is dry, fruity hoppy, fruity yeasty and minimally sweet wheat malty, notes of peach, some gosseberry on light banana basis, grassy and herbal hoppy overtones, a slightly dusty and peppery spicy yeasty touch. Refreshing - nice.

Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Clarkshaws Nice Balls ].Unclear matt medium orange amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151202] 6-3-7-3-13

Bottled 330ml (AbM, BB 07/2017)
Hazy orange-amber color, small steady off-white head. Aroma is faint, some fruits and earthy hops. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Front has spicey hops, then riped fruits and grains. Finish is very short with light mango flavor. Old skool IPA.

Cask gravity at the London drinker beer fest 2017. As hell yeah lager unfined . 5.3%. A hazed golden yellow coloured pour with no head. Aroma is nice tart citrus, floral pollen hop pineapple. Light wheat on the nose. Flavour is composed of tart citrus, pineapple and five alive juice drink. Palate is tart and crisp, decent condition. Nice tropical fruits.,

Cask gravity at the London drinker beer fest 2017. A dark copper reddy coloured pour with a haze and a thin beige head. Aroma is semi sweet nut, tangy apple twig, earthy. Sweet and tangy. Flavour is composed of raw earthy malts, tangy green apple, dried fruits bark. Palate is tangy and semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Ok rough round the edges.,

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Husky, minimally strawy and waxy aroma, a citrusy hoppy touch. Taste is minimally husky, pale malty, slightly bitter and minimally citrusy hoppy overtones, a touch of protein and lemon.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, amber colour with average to huge, fluffy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing white head. Sweet-ish, fruity hoppy aroma, notes of red berries, caramel malty basis with biscuity and nuttily touch. Taste is bitter hoppy, slightly earthy fruity, notes of red and blue berries, blackcurrant, blue grapes, corresponding parings; overcarbonated. Quite "British" fruitiness.
