The ingredients in our beers are primarily sourced from the UK, supporting local producers and reducing the 'beer miles' of all our products.

Our processes are designed to be vegan and vegetarian friendly and we are London's first microbrewery to produce all Vegetarian Society accredited products.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, oat, sweet malt, caramel, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, oat, pale malt, sweet malt, toasted. 330ml bottle from Ales by Mail. Pours clear amber with a thin white head. Aromas of nuts, biscuit, grassy hops. Taste is more of the same. Very traditional style, but well made.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with a waxy touch, hints of orange zest, slightly bready malty background, a touch of white bread crust. Taste is slightly citrusy hoppy with a waxy touch, moderate bitterness, hints of orange zest.

Keg at London Brewers’ Market. Pours unclear orange-gold with a tight, creamy white head. A little tangy citrus in the nose, tangerine. Further citric tang in the nose, a little melon, pine needles, mellow rindy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Yet more tangy edge to finish, some pale bread sweetness, lemon peel. Not excellent.

Keg at London Brewers’ Market. Pours unclear yellow-gold with a dense, creamy white head. The nose has some biscuits, dry cereal, straw. Light to medium sweet flavour with pleasant biscuity character, pale grain, light bitter straw. Light bodied with a eaten carbonation. Good balance in the finish, yet more biscuit. Good lager.

Cask at London Brewers’ Market. Pours unclear orange with a big, frothy white head. The nose has a little citrus peel, dry pale malts. Light sweet flavour with more dry, pale bread, light bitter citrus rind, some minerals, hay. Light bodiednwith fine carboantion; decent condition. Finishes with some grassy and rindy bitterness, further crispy pale malts. Not bad.
