It’s flippantly known as the theatre of beer because the brewing area is in full view of our taproom. Visitors can watch our brewers hard at work making up to 20,000 pints a week and get a real idea of the work involved in brewing our high quality craft beers.

25/4/2019. Can from Vittles & Company, Hull. Pours hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma dominated by Sorachi Ace hops (which I like), a little grass, fruit and coconut biscuit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily/creamy texture, average to soft carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish. Enjoyable.

25/4/2019. Can from Vittles & Company, Hull. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with an average sized white head. Aroma of citrus, hops and tropical fruit. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish. Not bad, bit plain.

Half-pint, keg at Parcel Yard in Leicester. Shared with Finn. Snow white head to a hazy golden body, rich lacing. Aroma of pineapple and mango. Flavoured with pineapple and canned fruits. Slightly fruit bitter ending. Accepted. (10.02.2019).

Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, fruity malt, fruity hops, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181019]
