27/9/2022. 500ml bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours dark amber brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is malty, toffee, caramac, dried fruits, berries, hint of chocolate. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, average carbonation. Good evening finisher.

27/9/2022. 500ml bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours hazy dark orange amber with a fluffy white head. Aroma is spicy, orange, green apple, flowers, biscuit, caramel, malt, spruce. Light sweetness and quite heavy bitterness. Medium body. Quite lively carbonation, but otherwise good.

27/9/2022. 500ml bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours hazy straw gold with a large fluffy white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, nettles, grass, hay, chalky edge. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slightly watery, quite fizzy. Nice aroma and okay overall.

Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Lively pour. Light hazy golden with a thick white head. Aromas of orange barley water. Taste has light herbal hops, but mostly orange cordial. Light sweet finish.

Clearish gold with a decent white head. Nice orange notes. Bitter, herbal and a nice citrus note. Quite well balanced.

Bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. 4.2% Pours clear dark reddish brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate. Taste is more of the same. Straightforward coffee porter, but not bad.
