Kinver Brewery is an award-winning, family owned, independent craft microbrewery located near Kinver Edge and the rock houses on the outskirts of Kinver, South Staffordshire. Kinver Brewery was founded in 2004 using a 4-barrel (6.5 hectolitre) plant purchased from Brewster’s Brewery. We have since increased production capacity to a custom-built 10-barrel (16 hectolitre) plant.
Kinver Brewery use only four ingredients: malted barley, hops, yeast, and water, to produce cask and bottle-conditioned ales. All of our beers are available as vegan, on request. Our hops are sourced from a range of locations including Worcestershire, Czech Republic, Germany, Slovenia, and USA. We are a SIBA-assured independent craft brewery, recognised by multiple prestigious awards.
Cask @ GBBF Winter, Birmingham. Clear yellow with a White head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 080220
8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt, flowers and a touch of veg. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.
Cask @ GBBF, Birmingham. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, flowers and has a nice long bitter finish.
Cask @ GBBF, Birmingham. Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, alcohol, fruits, flowers and has a nice warming finish.
Cask @ GBBF, Birmingham. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grassy bitter hops, fruits, flowers, malt and has a nice bitter finish.

8/2/2020. From cask at the Great British Winter Beer Festival, Birmingham. Pours clear amber/copper colour with minimal head. Aroma of sweet malt, hop, toffee, golden syrup and biscuit. Medium plus sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium to full body, sticky texture, soft carbonation. Best I’ve had at the festival so far.
