500ml bottle. No best before date on the label, but purchased in December 2023. Poured a murky medium amber colour with a big fizzy off-white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, rich, toffee caramel malt, earthy, light sour, medicinal palate. Over medium bodied with lively carbonation. On the verge of going off. Wish the bottle had a best before date, in which case it might have been consumed earlier.
