Tap at Craft Room. Clear ruby body, pinkish head. Randomberry and light dry straw/funk/lacto touch underneath, slightly sweetish. Nice raspberry notes going into a fruity-seeming tartness, which only later shows its true lacto colors. The tartness and the fruitiness have indeed mixed well together, but as you drink it, the tartness takes over and the fruitiness pops to the background again. Close, some tweaks and it should be even better. But that’s just my personal opinion.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Brown to black colored. AROMA- roasted malts, vanilla, coffee. FLAVOR- neutral, chocolate, vanilla, roasted. Medium bodied.

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Pours clear orange, solid creamy white head. Nice lacing. Fruity hoppy aroma. Malty, some caramel. Easy drinkable, moderate bitter finish. Light to medium bodied.

On tap at Craft Room, Zagreb. Clear ruby red, minimal head. Strong fruit and yeast aroma, fruit juice, wine, moscht. Moderate sour, yeasty, light dusty, light fruity. Light body, medium to high combination, fruity finish. Proper sour, doesn’t go to extremes. Nice finish.

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Nice ruby coloured, medium sized pinkish head that went away fast, tartish berries in the nose. Berries, slightly metalic, tart fruity and moderate carbonation with mild finish. Original sour was much better.

Ruby colored, clear, no head. Aroma is of overripe berries, tart and fruity, some funk, meaty at times. Taste is light+ sweet berries, some wild notes, tart fruit, medium sourness with decent mouth puckering quality, dry finish. Light bodied, average carbonation, watery. I’m guessing refreshing at summer, but just not my cup of tea... (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)

Red-copper colored, clear, medium- off white head. Aroma is of malt, biscuit, fruity, some spice, herbs, rosemary. Taste is medium- sweet malt and caramel biscuity, fruity with some candy notes, bit bready, light spice, herbal, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium- bodied, soft+ carbonation, oily. Interesting brew. (on tap, Craft Room, Zagreb)
