Can shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Bruna scura/nera, quasi impenetrabile, schiuma medio-leggera. Al naso sentori di malti tostati, caffè, melassa, caramello. In bocca è discretamente equilibrata, dolce con finale amarognolo, leggera nota affumicata. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione medio-bassa. Potabile.

Can shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Ambrata carica, torbida, schiuma bianco panna poco persistente. Al naso sentori di malto e resina, calzino, cicoria, ossidazione evidente. In bocca è sgraziatissima, maltone eccessivo con una punta di amaro finale, sbilanciata, ossidata. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Da rivedere.

Al naso sentori di malto, note agrumate e di detersivo per piatti al limone, sgraziata. In bocca è leggermente sbilanciata, con astringenza finale e chiusura amara leggera. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Sgraziata.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Marko thanks for sharing and for a great presentation. Dark brown, murky with red tint, small off-white to tan head. Strong milk chocolate aroma, cocoa, roasty, light wood and peat. Very sweet, chocolate flavors, like chocolate milk. Medium body, soft to medium carbonation, lasting roasty finish. Very aromatic, very interesting, great for those who love a sweeter porter.

On tap at Craft Room, Opatovina, Zagreb. Thanks Marko for sharing and for a great presentation. Clear amber to dark amber, small off-white to tan head. Rosemary, herbal, slightly overwhelming, leaves and light citrus maybe. Very herbal profile, light sweet with some sourness. Light to medium body, soft to medium carbonation, rosemary flavors in finish. Tasty, slightly monotonous though.

Pours almost clear orange-amber color, topped with medium white head, non-lasting. Mild aroma of sweet fruits, not much happening in that department. Gentle bitterness with pine feel. A bit watery. Nothing special.

On tap @below zero temperatures at the Ljetno Kino Tuškanac release event. A damn shame for the first commercial Croatian wood aged beer! Almost black body with a brownish head. Light soft aroma, vanilla, malty, vague chocolate. The taste goes the same way, soft, slightly subdued, vanilla, cocoa and maltiness. Over time, tried later on, proved to be an excellent beer that grew taste-wise as time went on.

Rosemary Julebryg - Fuliranje rebrew. Hazy brownish body, off white head. Rosemary aroma mostly, light soapy touches. Light, soft taste, rosemary dominates everything, light bitterish finish. Simple and nice. 6/4/6/3/13 December 10 2016 - Original Rosemary Julebryg. On tap @below zero temperatures at the Ljetno kino Tuškanac release event. Dark amber-brown with an off white head. Soft flowery aroma. Light taste, perfumey roasemary, ending dry and bitterish, slightly flowery too. Simple base beer with an interesting rosemary presence, lighter than most would expect and hope for, but still good, as I love rosemary. Was served too cold and only got colder, which didn’t help it I guess. Or it did. In any case, not a bad little beer. 6/4/7/3/13

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild hoppy nose. Malty, moderate grainy, slightly herbal and touch of caramel with herbal tea like bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, not bad for the style but again one of the IPA-ish style beer brewed by the The Garden Brewery. Something new please...

On tap at Craft Room Zagreb. Unclear golden/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, citrusy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy and herbal hoppy, moderate bitterness with some sweet notes with dryish bitter finish. Again pleasant and easy-drinkable but another IPA, DIPA, Session IPA etc. variation. Something new The Garden please.
