Established in 2012 initially using a 0.5-barrel plant at the Woolpack Inn, Witham. In 2017 brewing moved to utilise spare capacity at Red Fox Brewery in Coggeshall. In 2023, the business merged into WHARF Brewery.

19/11/2021. Cask at the Harwich & Dovercourt Bay Winter Ale Festival 2021. Pours almost clear golden orange with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, zesty, leafy, hops, straw, yeast. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Touch herbal to finish. It's fine.

ABV: 4.3%. ✅ Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sweet malt, earthy - moldy - damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity malt, sweet malt, caramel, damp stain - fusty - earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20181018]

Coggleshall Beer Festival. Cask. Almost clear paleish gold beer, small bubbly white head. Light palate, semi dry, modest fine carbonation. Nice light malts, sweetish. Floral orange and tangerine. A little pink grapefruit. Modest citric peel bitterness. Light finish. Very nicely done. Bright and breezey.
