About
Founded in 2018 in Boothtown, this is as Yorkshire as it gets. Steep hills and grit wrapped up in a cracking sense of humour.
That said, our beers are no joke. Ours is a fully vegan range, the core beers and the seasonal bevs! Wherever we can, we get the finest of local ingredients in. On the off-chance Yorkshire can’t provide, our passions lead us to the best options. The result – some absolutely belting beers.

Second beer I wasn't expecting to have today after train problems kept me in my home town, but this session clear golden is welcome enough. Hoppy without its hop being too impactful on the flavour. Has light citrus influences. Not much aroma.

Definitely not time at the bar yet for this late afternoon tick. Hazy paler golden coloured brew, which has a small smoothness to its texture. Hopped with a gentle bitterness, light stone fruit exemplifies its lingering aftertaste, making it a pleasant enough experience with lots of body.

The first of three post Bradford Camra Beer Festival 2026 Beers once back in my home town, an afterthought so to speak. Mildly hazy golden tropical fruit brew in both aroma and taste, quite hoppy too.

Cask at Pigs Ear Beer & Cider Festival 2025, Hackney. London. A darkish golden coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Vaguely, hoppy, citrus, fruity effort. Not in great condition.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, sweet enough. Bullion hedgerow fruits, a little blackberry. Light and semi dry finish brings mild hop spice. Solid UK single hop affair.
