Bottle from Hopology. Deep brown colour with a thin white head. Stewed fruit and grain Rama. Not as yeasty as I’d expect a Belgian style to ge. Taste mid bitter.

330ml bottle bought at Brew Cavern in Nottingham. Dark beige head lasting over a near-black body. Not much lacing. Chocolate nose, ashy dry. Mid-sweet taste of chocolate and cocoa. Hints of juicy malts. Roasted tail. Fine bodied. Pretty nice, not overly sweet (shared with Finn, Tromsø 25.04.2016).
