Cask at CBC, Covent Garden on 30th September 2022. Slightly hazy amber with shallow foam and spot lacing. Malty aroma. Caramel malt, slight nuttiness and tangy fruits in-mouth, and a finish of somewhat earthy maltiness. Light body and a smooth mouthfeel.

Bottle from Hoptimism. Appearance - hazy amber with a slightly off-white head. Nose - wood, sherry, citrus, general funk. Taste - sherry again, tangy sherry vinegar. Woody backdrop. Palate - dry, light to medium bodied. Persistent finish. Overall - it's well made, but it lacks high notes of interest.

Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017 - cheers all! Pours clear brown with a frothy tan head. Tangy leathery berry aroma. Light sweet flavour with more leather, earth, wood. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tangy and woody finish, more leathery fruits. So so.
