Bottle shared at Cotteridge Convention 2017 - cheers all! Pours clear brown with a frothy tan head. Tangy leathery berry aroma. Light sweet flavour with more leather, earth, wood. Light bodied with average carbonation. Tangy and woody finish, more leathery fruits. So so.

Bottle split at Cotts Convention III, thanks to Mr Pink, 20/05/17. Dark brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is nutty, toffee, charr, cocoa sprinkle. Taste comprises light roast, spice, toffee, charr, chocolate biscuit, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok

Bottle shared at Cotteridge wines, Cotteridge Convention III 20/05/2017. Thanks! A hazed toffee, nut brown coloured pour with a beige hgead. Aroma is nutty earthy choc, mineral and a little chalk. Flavour is composed of earthy choc, rustic grains, mineral. Palate is rounded, harsh bitter roast. Rustic grains.

Cotteridge #3: 20th May 2017. Cheers Mr Pink for bringing this offering, two 330ml bottles floating around. Dark brown, slight haze, lightly tanned head. Berries and malts in the nose, taste similar with a chocolate twist within the flavour. Nice.

Bottle at Cotteridge Convention 2017. It pours darkest brown with a small beige head. The aroma is soft, sweet, roasted malt, coffee grounds, mocha and light ash. The taste is soft, toasty, roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, milk chocolate, berry, earth and some charred notes with a dry, toasty finish.Medium body and average carbonation. Pretty decent porter.

Bottle at CWC III; dark brown pour with a slight haze, bubbly tan head, aroma has coffee and dark fruits, taste has sweet malts, some roast, dark berries.

Tried at the 3rd Cotteridge bottle share. Dark rich brown colour with an off white head. The aroma has roasted malt and berry fruit. Taste is mid bitter with a slight fruity sweetness. Light to medium body.

Bottle at Cotteridge Convention III 2017. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. Malty aroma. Some chocolate. Light chocolate ok condition. Light hop. I thought ok.

Sample at the Cotteridge Convention III 2017. Poured a clear dark brown with a round off white head. The aroma is roasty malt alcohol molasses. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light dry ashtray roasty slightly watery palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.
