Winter ale after a winter ramble in the hills around Malham. Golden in colour, a little more pale ale for me than solid golden style, but with a flavoursome hoppy dryness and a session strength it's really good.

Christmas Eve Beers #7. Regular porter in design and taste, with a light roasted and sweetish mixed dark malt character.

Handpull cask at the Goat, Long Buckby. Golden brownand a bit hazy with a large off-white head. Light toasty aroma, leafy hops, dried grass, caramel, sourdough the aroma. Sweet and doughy taste tempered with light hop nearer the lfinish. Medium body, weighty on the tongue, with soft carbonation. Nice.

Can sourced from Fuss Club at home in London - 27/11/2025 New UK brewery ✅ and a 6 way collab to boot. Nice juicy notes of clementine and mango, passion fruit, pineapple, lemon wash, sweet malty backing, solid hoppy finish. Very nice.

Sunday, early evening in the Pheasant Inn & Brewhouse, 16th November 2025. Keg, half pint, doing my bit for charity. Hazed orange body, white crust on top. Juicy one for sure, a real fruit cocktail of aromas and flavours. Might even try next years offering if I see it!

Keg, third of a pint in the Boot on Sunday afternoon, 16th November 2025. Dull red body, pink topping. Cherry nose and flavour, semi sweet from start to finish, cherries hide the wheat base completely, had to check to pump clip to make sure I'd read 'wheat'.

Eight people working in today's first beer venue, and it still took many hands as many minutes for me to get served. Hazy orange brew here in venue seven. Sweet tropical fruits in both aroma and taste with a dryness applicable to both.
