Keg, third of a pint in the Boot on Sunday afternoon, 16th November 2025. Dull red body, pink topping. Cherry nose and flavour, semi sweet from start to finish, cherries hide the wheat base completely, had to check to pump clip to make sure I'd read 'wheat'.

Eight people working in today's first beer venue, and it still took many hands as many minutes for me to get served. Hazy orange brew here in venue seven. Sweet tropical fruits in both aroma and taste with a dryness applicable to both.

Can from Great Grog. Clear amber body with a thick beige head that holds well. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of stewed tea and fig. Flavour of caramel and raspberry. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Rich and sweet with a nice hoppy edge.

Can picked up at Rigg and Furrow. Clear gold. Not much of a head. Nose has slightly metallic grain. Whiff of butter. Hops are conspicuous by their absence unfortunately. Taste is semi sweet. Flat and dull on the palate. Low carbonation. Dull and a bit flabby on the finish. Doesn’t deliver.
