Cask @ Thomas Rigby’s, Liverpool. Blonde with a thick creamy head. Has hoppy-floral notes and some fruit notable through its lemon meringue citrus flavours. Quite dry tasting in the palate though so it’s aroma is much better than its taste.

Pigs Ear. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small white hesd. Palate is light, modest fine carbonation. Mild pale malts. Little floralness. Citric orange hops. Light finish. An easy going nature about this golden that elevates it a little above the other mediocre goldens at this fest.
