Bottle from Denn’s Bio-Markt, Wuppertal. Grainy floral beginning. The beer starts fresh and moderate bitter. Watery body with not too much floralness. The hops are quite bitter in the end, but not too fresh. Smooth long bitter neutral aftertaste on a very dry body.

Bottle from Denn’s Bio-Markt, Wuppertal. Fresh smooth Weizen-beginning with quite an intense hop-bitterness. Fresh grainy bitter Weizen-Aftertaste. Somehow strange, but interesting. Not like a Hefeweizen - more a Wheat-Ale....

Bottle from Denn’s Bio-Markt Wuppertal. Grainy nose. The beer starts bitter fresh, hints of grain, very dry. Strange dry grainy body, fresh and bitter, grassy neutral, grainy in the end. Very interesting stuff - but a bit strange as well.

0.33 l bottle from ’Braukunstladen’, best before May 2017. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, moderately fruity and quite herbal aroma of lemongrass, ginger, tea leaves, pineapple and lychee. Sweetish, moderately fruity and quite herbal taste of lemongrass, ginger, pineapple, tea leaves and lychee, followed by a short, medium bitter, quite dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite unusual, not bad though.

0.33 l bottle from ’Braukunstladen’, best before May 2017. Clear, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grainy and a bit grassy-spicy aroma of caramel, grains and straw. Sweetish, slightly malty, quite grainy and a bit grassy-spicy taste of caramel, grains, straw and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Ok, nothing special, wouldn’t have guessed that it’s supposed to be dry-hopped.

Hazy orange with thin wispy head. Has a fine, tight carbonation. Aroma offers some light, fresh orange zest. Flavour has some maltiness upfront then bitter citrus peel.

Bottle (@Braukunstwerk MS): Golden, hazy, rapidly collapsing loose white head; mild to moderate medical-grassy nose with yeast and pale-malt underneath; delicate bitter-sweet flavour, pretty light bodied, at least soft; lingering - perhaps a bit watery - bitter and a bit tart finish. Not that bad, but unfortunately not so well rounded...

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, modest dry, almost a bit washy. Light wheaty-spicy hints. Mild finish. Okay.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Starts fine hoppy-flowery, intense fruity notes of lemon, grapes, quite sourish-bitter background. Finish milder, with some earthy hints, light salty. Interesting one!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Fine fruity notes of peaches, a bit mango. Light sweetish hints. Well balanaced finish. Nice!
