Pour from 440ml can at Assessing Cider Course. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweetish, green apple, alittle tannin, with citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, clean drying finish. Balanced, quite drinkable.

440ml can from Crafty Nectar for Beer & Cider Academy Cider Advanced Course. Slightly hazy pale yellow gold colour, lightly sparkling. Aroma of apple, vanilla, solventy hint, whisky barrel, oaky, white grape, abit peppery. Taste is zingy, apple, fleshy, vanilla, wood barrel, acetic hint, peppery, earthy, lactic creamy note, and alittle tannin. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample, many thanks to Danlo. Misty golden yellow, aroma is citric, pissy, straw. Taste is largely musty, some cheesy notes quite dry, gently sour, softly acidic with some white grape notes. Yearns for a natural fruit presence.
