Bottle. Pours murky darkish brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of fruit and caramel malt, with touches of honey. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of malt and caramel and touches of hops and yeast. Bittersweet aftertaste with estery notes. Reasonable.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Clear aroma of caramel malt and fruit, with hoppy notes. Sweetish flavour of malt, caramel and yeast, with notes of hops and touches of spice. Bitterish and estery aftertaste with mild acidic notes. Reasonable.

Smaksprøve på DØE Ølfestival mai-12 (backlog): kastanjebrun med kort skum. Fyldig, med innslag av både sjokolade, citrus og blomstersødme (hylleblomst?). Ble servert litt for varm, må prøves igjen.

Bottle. OK vegetable aroma of jalapeños. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small frothy dark brown head. The flavour has the same vegetable as the aroma, but only a little chili burn. Well-balanced and good for a chilli beer.

Draught@CPH BF 2013. Slightly hazy deep orangeish brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is honey, mild chocolate and toast as well as some slight spicy and fruity notes. Flavour is quite similar but in a quite good balance. The honey comes through very gently, balancing the beer up a bunch.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium amber orange colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, caramel, perfumed yeast, honey, earthy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, rosehip ? sweet suagry, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20131014]
