Plastic bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Tom L. Clear amber. Caramel, rye bread, a bit of cookie, sweet pretty sugary, light citric sourness. A bit too watery and sugary but easy-drinking.

Golding version. Clear gold. Tall white frothy head. Good retention. Aroma: grain, floral hop, distant honey. Taste: light to medium sweet, malty. Floral hop. Fruity hints. Light minus bitterness. Not a hop bomb of course, but you can really sence British hop. Drinkable lager.

Appearance: clear gold with a moderate white head of decent retention. Aroma: piny hop, lemon, crackers. Taste: light to medium sweet and bitter. Crackers, pine, lemon. Malty ending. Hoppy aftertaste. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: clean and drinkable.

Bottle 500 ml. Clear golden color, weak white foam. Aroma: malt with lemon flavor. Taste: watery, slightly sweetened with malt sugars (maltose) water, a little citric acid and lemon zest, very weak acidity and bitterness, sadness.
