At the source: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malts, light coffee. Taste is lightly bitter. Plenty of dark chocolate. Medium body. Tasty.

Draught @ Malt & Mold. Cloudy dark yellow with very small frothy whitish head, very faint citrusy aroma, medium carbonation, bitter taste with some funky flavor, strange oily feeling body, long bitter finish with a strange smoky aftertaste. Very weird, feels like you’ve smoked too many cigarettes.

Tap at The Jeffrey for dinner hazy burnt golden color. Nose is yeast and some fruits. Tastes fruity(melon and pineapple), yeasty, light earth and spice. Rather sweet. Ok

Draught @ Milk & Hops. Clear golden yellow with large foamy white head, malty aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish taste with innate bitterness and Belgian yeast characteristics, thin body, medium finish. Well masked alcohol content, good job.

Draught @ Milk and Hops. Opaque dark brown with foamy beige head, faint chocolate aroma, mefium carbonation, lightly bitter micha taste, thickish body, medium mocha finish. Tasty and easy to drink, a good one!

At the source: pours dark amber, nearly brown, with an off white head. Aroma is grapefruit, pine, malts. Taste is fairly bitter. Low sweetness. Perfectly good but not one of my favorite styles.

At the source: pours hazy bronze with almost no head. Atoma is fresh coffee and fresh the funk fron the sour. Taste is moderately sour. Coffee is up in there along with bell peppers and the like. Nice combination of the flavors.

At the brewery: pours dark brown with a white head. Aroma is heavy chocolate and roasted coffee. Taste is super roasty. Lightly bitter. Rather light on the body. Hops and roast chea.

Hazy warm peach colour, white dissipating head. Aroma of mango, guava, overripe strawberry and a hint of bell pepper. Sour flavour, spicy chillies, apple. Finish guava, quite hot lingering chilli burn.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, citrus, grapefruit, resin and lots of peach. Quite bitter hoppy flavour, resin, peach and apricot. Finish resin, hops, peach and mango. Nice.
