500ml bottle, online from the brewery. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma: biscuit, vague caramel, hint of ginger. Taste: light to moderate sweet & light bitter, with a ginger biscuit vibe. Slightly unexpected/odd. Light to medium body with light carbonation.

Panda at home thanks to SHIG. A clear dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of tan head. Aroma is nutty malts, light smoke, farmyard roast, charred wood. Flavour is composed of burnt nuts, earthy roast, charred toast, light liquorice, meaty roast. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, moderate carbonation. little oily. ok.

Panda at home thanks to SHIG. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose off white head. Aroma is earthy straw, damp hay, dirty grass. Flavour is composed of dirty grains, damp hay, little ginger, spicy grass hop, firm grassy hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, grain husks, spicy carbonation. ok.

Panda at home thanks to SHIG. A dark cola chestnut brown coloured pour with a loose dirty halo. Aroma is big spicy woody ginger, liquorice, woody bark, dried winter spices. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody spices, bark, dirty liquorice, farmyard char, Woody. Palate is little thin, mellow carbonation. Little dirty finish.

Panda at home thanks to SHIG. A clear amber / copper coloured pour with a halo of loose off white head. Aroma is nutty tiwggy malts, hay, dried apple, earthy, little farmyard. Flavour is composed of thin, nutty grains, twig, hazelnut, little bunt grass, earth. Palate is light and thin, fine carbonation. dirty grass and straw finish. Meh.

Aroma of roasted malt, dried fruits, dark chocolate, touch of Christmas spice and winter berry. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Light body, a little watery, soft carbonation. Dry and somewhat bitter roasted finish.
