Bottle from Micro Beer Crate, online. Pours a clear dark gold/light amber, small white head, leaves a wispy top. Aroma of orange peel, sweet biscuit malts, somewhat floral. Taste again is quite biscuity in the malts, sweet, marmalade, grains, tangy finish with light bitterness. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Its a typical English traditional style brewery bottled beer attempt at an APA but in those parameters its one of the good ones. Simple but pleasant.

Bottle from Micro Beer Crate. Pours a cloudy gold/light amber with small tight white head which leaves some nice lacing. Aroma is somewhat floral with citrus rind, pine and biscuit. Fairly standard but fine. Taste is the same, piney with citrus and biscuit, dry, not particularly sweet or bitter. Light to medium bodied, oily, moderate carbonation. Its ok but not a big fan of this.

Bottle from Micro Beer Crate, online. Pours a clear amber, small white head which recedes quite quickly. Malty aroma with some light sweetness and cardboard. Taste is an improvement, quite malty and sweet with grains, caramel, biscuit and a somewhat fruity finish with a dry grassy bitterness. Light to medium bodied and dry. Its ok.

Keg at the Craft Beer Shop Chesham, 02/06/23. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a well presented white cap. Nose is melon, grass, tangerine, citric tinged straw. Taste comprises orange zest, melon, chalky mineral bite, grass, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with mellow light juice laden hop bitterness. Passable pale ... no shocker but rather heavy on the minerals.
