Pint bottle shared at Benny’s place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured almost black in colour with little life. The aroma is roasted malt and molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet and liquorice bitter, with a smooth, rich, roasty, oily, light herbal, earthy, molasses, chocolate, light coconut, boozy, light sweet vanilla liquorice bitter palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Awesome.

Bottle. Black colour with a small beige foamy head, which leaves some lace. Surprisingly longlasting. Aroma is nutty, caramelly, some sweet alcohol with mild sweet malty tones and mild bourbon and vanilla too. Flavour is quite easy going wooden and bourbon vanillaish tones with some caramel and sweet alcohol tones to it. As it warms up also some nuts and mild toffee tones to it. And a bit of strange spiciness.

--Bottled at PBF XIV. -- Black, no head. Aroma of caramel cinnamon and vanilla. Very sweet with full body and rounded, viscous mouthfeel. Caramel and chocolate cake, cinnamon and custard. Like all Cycle beers it tastes like unbaked chocolate cake with random additives. If they'd cost $0.50, they'd be worth it.
