Owl Farm: pours slightly hazy pale with a white head. Aroma is pretty powerful fruitiness. Bitter yet mellow and soft. Pretty dry. Refreshing yet leaves you needing another sip.

Pours hazy gold with white head. Aroma is bready and grainy but in the best way. Taste is low hops. Light sweetness. Absurdly clean. Simple where it has to be and excelling in the craft. Suck it Germany.

Thanks Carrigan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing lightly filtered pink raspberry with thin transparent rims and sparse white foam. The nose shows strong farmhouse brett forwardness with horse blanket and notes of sour cherries. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Light oak background and lightly tart with sour cherries on the mid-palate and vanilla on the finish.

Thanks Carrigan for sharing the bottle! Poured into a snifter showing lightly filtered hazy brownish orange and quickly dissipating clean white foam to show no head. The nose shows light brett with tart notes of citric lemon, sweet lemon drops, and light vanilla. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. Balanced tartness with flavors of lemon with a nice vanilla background. Aftertaste and finish shows a resurgence of strong vanilla that seems to go on forever. Wow

(Sample from 750ml shared @ Mikkeller and Friends by Eduardo and Mauro, thanks guys!) Pours a hazy medium orange with a nice white head. Notes of peach, pineapple, grass, leafy hops, lemon, white pepper, crackery malt, light to moderate funk, relatively dry, lightly sweet and very lightly tart. Light to medium bodied with soft filling carbonation. Very nice hopped saison, a lovely surprise to introduce me to Suarez.
