Flavour is composed of spicy citrus, prickly pear floral, cactus, straw, super dry grains. Palate is dry and crisp, highish carbonation,spritzy,.. Nice fresh floral stuff. Good.

Bottle at Bodney Towers. Thanks to Leighton for this one. Pours hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is a little funky, white wine, lemon and oak. Taste is really light, floral with a lovely drying oak finish. Really nice stuff.

Bottle shared in Hackney - sourced from the brewery. Pours clear gold with a small, frothy white head. The aroma has moderate farmhouse yeast, funk, lemon, a little poo, background wheat. Light sweet flavour with pleasant restrained acidity, lemony tartness, faint floral notes, low bitterness. Light bodied with moderate, massaging carbonation. Cleansing finish, lightly drying, with more lemony tang, dried wheat, barnyard funk. Great depth, high drinkability. Love it.

The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangerine, orange peel, lemon sherbet, gooseberry, white grape, limeade and bright acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh, bright and well - rounded. Great stuff.
