Bottle shared in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, pure white head. The nose holds lemon, a little farmy funk, wheat flakes. Lightly sweet flavour with refreshing acidity, tart lemony accents, mellow sweet wheat, low bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Tart, quenching finish, more lemon juice, restrained funk, refreshing acidity. Super drinkable.

Tap. Pours clear golden yellow, medium white head, dissipates slowly with nice residual and lacing. Aroma is dusty, Brett, basement, oak, hint of musty wood, sweaty socks, lemon, more dust. Flavor has a touch of tartness, medium funk, dusty. Light body, high carbonation, light carbonation.

Bottle thanks to Vin! Pours clear golden, medium white head, dissipates fairly quickly with decent lacing. Aroma is lemongrass, grassy, brett, dusty. Flavor is very light tart, light funk, dusty, mineral, lemon and citrus notes, a bit of field grass. Light body, soft carbonation. Very nice and elegant.

Bottle from the brewery. Lactic nose, grapefruit, lemon. Lightly haze gold with lace. Lemony, grapefruit flavor, nice level of sourness, smooth, silky, perfect body. Awesome balance with great subtlety and a bit of nutty buckwheat in the finish. Great.
