Bitters keep getting better on this flight. Cream, lime, a bit of pine. This one excels in balance. Pours dark amber with great head of foam. Soft carbonation. Light tang on the finish but really pretty clean. Great for style. Cask at brewery.

Running a race in morning so need to keep beer drinking light and easy today. Love some cask so straight from airport to here. Amber brown and fluffy beige head with nice lacing. Nose is malty and some earth. Tastes of dates, plum, earthy, some chocolate. Smooth. Very nice.
