Bottle from the source. Bright clear brick red in color with a decent sized white bubbly head that shows great retention. Tart berry and moderate lactic tartness with hints of bready maltiness deep underneath. Tasty.

Bottle from the source. Pours a dark golden/amber color with a thin smattering of white bubbles that dissipate quickly. Nose hold tart cherry and lemon with bits of white grape and hints of balsamic. Flavor hols a light acetic and lactic tartness with a mild tart berry note. Not horribly tart or funky, but pretty tasty!

Bottle 2021 vintage. Aroma is rum, oak, chocolate, star anise. Flavor of the base stout is strong with star anise and earthy flavors. Rum is here in a light way. Pretty tannic. Still decent.
