Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Hazed pink topped with a light crimson cap. Nose is prickly berries, funky aroma, jammy fruit, berry pips, raspberry yoghurt. Taste comprises sharp peach, berry pips, farmyard tones, balsa wood, damp straw, touch of peach yoghurt, lactic tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. Solid.

Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Bubblegum pink topped with a faded light crimson cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, strawberry laces, watermelon, damp straw. Taste comprises more pink berry sherbet action, good raspberry tang, damp straw, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering climax. Good refresher.

Bottle at the brewery taproom. A crystal Sleat golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is lacto funk, grass, sour lime pickle, grass.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, caramel, toffee, lacto funk, creamy, fine massaging carbonation. Classic American sour.
