Keg at Fifth Hammer, Long Island City, 12/04/23. Clear golden with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is pale malts, toasted grains, straw, light citric buzz. Taste comprises more pale malts, grass, hedgerow, straw, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad ... good clean logger.

Bottle at the brewery taproom. A crystal Sleat golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is lacto funk, grass, sour lime pickle, grass.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, caramel, toffee, lacto funk, creamy, fine massaging carbonation. Classic American sour.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A jet black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is lovely big sweet maple syrup, brown sugars, light roast, cinnamon bun. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty brown sugars, nice big maple, sticky golden syrup. Palalre is medium sweet, sticky moderate.

Flavour is composed of semi sweet nutty cocoa, chocolate fudge cake, tart dark cocoa. Death by coco. Palate is semi sweet, tart, fine highish. Very chocolate.
