Taste comprises more pink berry sherbet action, good raspberry tang, damp straw, lemon zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering climax. Good refresher.

Getting zero yuzu or hop presence ... just weighs in like a standard lager .. okay refesher.

Bottle at the brewery taproom. A crystal Sleat golden yellow coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is lacto funk, grass, sour lime pickle, grass.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, caramel, toffee, lacto funk, creamy, fine massaging carbonation. Classic American sour.

Tap at the brewery taproom long island. A jet black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is lovely big sweet maple syrup, brown sugars, light roast, cinnamon bun. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty brown sugars, nice big maple, sticky golden syrup. Palalre is medium sweet, sticky moderate.
