Taster at the Bridge taproom. Pours a hazy, yellow color, with a fair, foamy, white head. The nose is peach, orange juice, coriander, hay, and light rose. Sweet and juicy, with a mellow, phenoic bitterness. Medium body, a bit acidic, and clean enough. Sharp and tasty.

Taster at the Bridge taproom. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The aroma is milk chocolate, pecan, rye, maple, and mild spruce. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, crisp bitterness. Light to medium body, chalky, and clean. Pretty nice, balanced stout.

Taster at the Bridges Taproom. Pours a clear, amber color, with a small, beige head. The nose is caramel, musty straw, allspice, and orange zest. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, earthy bitterness. Light, crisp, and clean. Nice and tasty lager.

I found a pint can at Total Wine in Santa Fe several weeks back. Want to finish off a tasting session with an IPA and that I will do. A snifter will be the the recipient of the pour. A translucent dark gold body followed by a fair enough skim of light tan foam. I am encouraged by the nose, it appears very much west coast with pine, hops, toffee and field. The taste is cedar, candy, white bread, resin and grass. Bitter but not as much as the label says imo. Nice IPA.

Virtually black with a fizzy, beige head. Nose full of pinot noir. Smoke and chocolate undertones. Pleasant sniffing. Taste is slightly tart .. the red grape flavors from the barrel have taken over what feels like an otherwise underwhelming porter. Finishes with a noticeable acidity that becomes wearisome. I do like the pinot noir overtones and the nuanced aroma, but this beer feels wrong. Too thin of a body and way too much carbonation push this the wrong way. Would like to see a richer, chewier, and smokier porter underneath. Nice try.

Dark brown, medium head. Good chocolate, moderate bitterness, just enough body. Decent, even if it drinks lighter than expected.

Dark brown, with a medium head. Aroma leads with molasses, and the palate the same. Slightly sticky, medium bitterness, dark chocolate. Good malt complexity on this one with a boozy finish. Quality.

Opaque, kind of dull. Thin head. Slightly overripe fruit, malts are a bit weak. Bitterness is low. Not bad but nothing jumps out.

Amber, just a slight haze, medium head. Gentle bready malt, soft herbaceous hops. This works well.

Bright and brassy, thin head. Boozy up front, medium bitterness, some caramel. Good but I would love more brightness on those hops to distract me from the alcohol kick.
