Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: jet black in the pour and jet black in the glass with a finger's worth of level eggshell white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel/toffee malts, black coffee roast, barrell/woody spice and sweetness, dark fruits, vanilla and earthy spicy tones
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a sweet to roasty and semi-woody spicy sort of way; finishes woody/barrel to sweet coffee and chocolatey notes
Texture: medium to full bodied, this is a sipper! Good smoothness all along the tongue and the woody/barrel spice is there but seems pretty restrained
Overall: this beer is exceptional!

Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with an eggshell white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some lace
Aroma: big coffee roasty notes, sweet coffee notes, sweet cream and a light caramel backbone
Flavor: roasty to sweet coffee and caramel character; finishes slightly roasty coffee with some cream
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under, sessionable, some smoothness but also some roasty assertiveness
Overall: nicely done coffee stout I'd be willing to come back to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale orange to copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which fell off at a decent pace and left just a little bit of lace
Aroma: piney and citrusy with some smooth bready malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweetness; finishes semi-citrusy with a touch of pine
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, light smoothness, quaint hop bitterness
Overall: good IPA worthy of coming back to and I did several times and also had on draft once with some BBQ and it went down good with it.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown in color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: toasted nuts, doughy malts, light earthy whiffs and subtle maple
Flavor: leans toasty at first then a slight glance at the maple syrup underneath; finishes nutty and malty
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; some smoothness and some stickiness
Overall: man, if only that maple stickiness wasn't there this would be a stellar beer. Still, I could see myself partaking again.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dried flowers, slight lemon, light apple cider, herbal & grassy notes, sour/lacto notes
Flavor: tart to semi-sour and apple cidery; finishes very apple cidery with tartness
Texture: light to medium bodied, this is a sipper; no real smoothness anywhere as the pucker factor thwarts any attempts of having any smoothness
Overall: probably one of the most blatant sour ales on the market, the night I had this I only had water after

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: semi-hazy orange to subtle brown color with a finger's worth of slowing dieing white foamy head which left a little bit of lace
Aroma: honey, grassy, pomme fruits, Belgian yeasty character, sweet earthy features, and some light Belgian candy notes
Flavor: leads with a sweet Belgiany vibe and adds in a little bit of spice from the Belgian yeast; finishes slightly Belgian yeasty with the pomme fruits and honey
Texture: medium bodied, becoming a sipper, smooth along the tongue, that light "back-of-the-throat" -ish Belgian grab
Overall: yes this is definitely a Belgian styled strong ale and I would very much welcome this again!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: big grapefruity pulpy to lemony hop scents mixing it up with some piney hop bitterness, light clean malts
Flavor: bittersweet through the blend of the prior noted aromas; finishes clean with the piney-ness and grapefruity quality
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, some smoothness but also some hop assertiveness (but really light, to be honest)
Overall: pretty nicely done DIPA I'd definitely bang again

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: semi-funky to floral and earthy toned, tangerine and other citrusy aspects, little bit of white pepper and a little bit of coriander
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fair rustic sort of sweet quality underscored by some woody spices, mild finish of the funky to floral to rustic and citrusy character
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but light prickles of the coriander bumping fists with the white pepper against the tongue
Overall: I say a nicely done saison worthy of more pours and man oh man, I bet this would be great with some grilled halibut steak.
