Description
Last beer was released in July 2021 and common consensus is that this is the year the brewery should be set as closed.
Do note that due to the nature of the beers produced both BrewDog and other online retailers continued to sell the beers for many years after the closure.
Dedicated to exploring and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with fermentation, we are on a quest to redefine Wild and Sour beers, forever. With a purpose-built facility where craft and nature find harmony, we utilise wild yeasts and microbes from our environment and ingredients sourced from all around the world.

Keg at OverWorks for the launch. It pours lightly hazy rich orange amber with a small white head. The aroma is fragrant, bright lavender vibes, sweet - sour, rather juicy, tangy blueberry, blueberry muffin, musty, oak, spice and oiliness. The taste is pretty dry, bitter, tart, oak upfront, floral, lavender, ripe blueberry, blueberry muffin, berry skin, bramble, kick of acidity and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation.. Crazy stuff. Aroma is pretty stand out, but taste doesn't quite have the balance. Great fun nonetheless.

The taste is crisp, dry, tart, bright, good mouth pucker, loads of sour peach, funky apricot, juicy, vinous, sour candy, light minerals, touch lactic, Granny smith apple skin and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Exceptionally well balanced. Pretty delicious stuff all in all.

Keg at Overworks launch. It pours cloudy bright golden with a medium white head. The aroma is big dirty barnyard vibes, loads of brett, slurry on a hot day, then the grape fruit kicks in a takes over, tangy, sherbet and must. The taste is crisp, dry, crazy tart, so much god damn grapefruit it hurts, tangy, sherbet, pithy, zesty, some minerality, chalkiness, some acidity, musty and funk with a firmly dry with tart grapefruit finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright and punchy. Works rather well IMO.
