Best before 03/24, bottle coming from Amstein, St-Légier. Drinking it on saturday, cancel birthday and a nice sour beer to have a good night at home, not so rough, comparing with the others, malty, sour, smooth, fruity, peach, tropical note, bitter, 01.10.24, at Epalinges.

For me, this one was good, opening it yesterday, on the balcony, coming from Luzern. Subtle and well balanced sour beer, like the beers of this serie, this one was dry and sour, dry malt, tart, fruity, note of grapes, a bit woody, 10.08.24

375ml bottle from Brewdog online. Golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of funk, rind. Taste is tart, sour fruity, pale malt, citric zest, lime-lemony and salty with some light bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour & salt at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

A good and fair sour beer, a bit rough at the beginning, perfect with the food on the balcony and it was welcomed with this hot weather and a generous note of passion fruit and a fair sourness, trying it on thursday at Epalinges, 21.05.2022

Hazy amber-golden pour, almost no head. Aroma is vinegar, pomegranate, flowers. Taste is sour (no surprise here): vinegar, grapefruit, some pomegranate. Pleasant, sour finish.
