Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato torbido. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano caratteristiche di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, un accenno di resinoso, erba e agrumi.

Pours a dark amber ale with a modest head. Complex aroma of malts, caramel, toffee, sweet dried fruits, toffee, leavy and herbal-ish hops, some marzipan. Flavour is medium sweet with a moderate hoppy bitter finish. Body is medium to full. An absolutely delicious beer to sip on after a large meal. Most likely it will be better then the meal itself. One of the best Barley Wines I’ve had and a true treat of a beer.

Pours a deep black with a small creamy head. Aroma of roasted malts, coffee, caramel, dark chocolate, some hops present. Almost like a stout but very easy to drink. I really enjoyed this brew and will definitely revisit!

Pours a dark brown colour with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, malts, malts, malts... You got that right, this is a malty brew, with a slight presence of citra hop in the aroma. Noticed caramel, toffee and hops. Very enjoyable Brown Ale.

Pours a clear golden/copper with a frothy white head. Aroma of bready malts, some hops. The quality of this beer is mostly in the aftertaste. Light bitterness. This is somewhat Lager-ish, but a bit fruitier and hoppier. Refreshing and easy to drink.

Aroma of light malts, tropical fruits, citrus, honey, a little caramel, light aromatic hops. Flavour is light malty sweetness with a medium bitter finish. Everything about this beer is rather ’light’. It’s an easy-going refreshing APA.

Aroma of malts, more malts, caramel, hops, slight hint of maple syrup. Flavour is quite malty, thankfully not that sweet, with quite some hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste. Nice malty brew, but I would have liked a more pronounced maple aspect.

Aroma of malt, dark fruits, spices such as clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, you name it. Flavour is very herbal and sweet. I’m generally not a big fan of spicy winter ales, but this one is alright.

Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione persistente. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano sensazioni di miele, luppolo, resina, pino, erbaceo, agrumi e frutti tropicali.
