Igjen en givende Mi2 på Cardinal (okt-20), vi er kommet frem til kveldens nest siste, og jeg kjenner antydninger til en alkoholindusert hubris. Nesten helt svart med overbevisende cremeskum. Kaffe, einer, mørke sjokolader, vanilje, litt lactose (?) og tonnevis med beroligende mersmak. Med noen bokser av denne i kjelleren kan du gå julestria trygt i møte.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 12.0%. Pitch black colour, moderate tan head. Moderate roasty and sweetish aroma, notes of chocolate, lactose and vanilla, hints of oatmeal. Smooth and warming mouthfeel. Sweet flavour, chocolate, lactose, vanilla and oatmeal again, also sweetened coffee, moderate hops. Definitely a treat for your sweet tooth.

Very hyped. And absolutely nice It reminded me of the taste when you make an quite hoppy beer after the boil. Before the fermentation. And alcohol added already Solid malty back and a heavy hoppy profile No sticky alcohol coming up either Also a fine duration [Can from Vinmonopolet Borg Storsenter in Sarpsborg, Norway]
