Can. A cloudy dark orange colored beer with a small off-white head. The aroma is a bit weak, piney and resiny, with grapefruit notes and a faint note of alcohol. It's slightly cellary-funky, with grapefruit, pine cones and some orange zest, and a faint bready malt touch. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and semi-sweet, with a decent bitterness. Lasting fruity finish. Although a bit weak on the nose, it's a nice brew. 190424

Can. It's an unclear orange to amber colored beer with some floaties, and a finger thick off-white head. The aroma is quite yeasty, with bready malts, caramel and some piney hops. A slight oxidation too. It's medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness and appropriate sweetness. Orange zest, pine cones and resin up front, but almost overpowered by bready malts and caramel. Some yeast and oxidation hints. Bread, caramel and pine cones in the end. Sure drinkable, but too yeasty, and in general rather uninteresting. 190418

Can. It pours a very dark brown body under a finger-thick beige head. The aroma is mostly roasted, with some coffee and toast. A bit too weak I think. It's medium bodied, soft and a bit low on carbonation. Quite dry, with a roasted malts kind of bitterness. Roasted malts, coffee, some dark chocolate and a vague hint of licorice. Long finish. A quite pleasant one, although a bit one dimensional. 190406

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Moderately hazy golden colour, large white head. Nice aroma of lactic acid, lemons, herbs, salt and fruity hops. Sour flavour with the same elements, moderate bitterness.

Fra fat på Bøker og Børst, dagen før avreise til Sicilia april-19: nesten helt klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Funky aroma og smak med deilig citruspreg i tillegg. Et øl med personlighet og høy ff (forfriskningsfaktor). Halvtørr, crispy avslutning høyner drikkbarheten ytterligere.

Fra fat på Cirkus: uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Syrligfrisk aroma og smak med aprikos, citroner, citrongress, hint av naboens katt, pluss lys malt og stall i slutten. Igjen et meget tiltalende brygg fra Salikatt.
