500 ml bottle, brew #004, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy very pale yellow colour, moderate white head. Pleasant saison-like aroma with yeasty and spicy notes, also moderate citrus. Light bodied, as expected from a 3.5% beer. The flavour is only moderately sour / acidic, and as such not a typical Berliner Weisse. Fairly dry, notes of lemons and mild spices, the hops are noticeable, but very moderate. Refreshing.

From tap at Bøker & Børst 02.06.16 with KT-people at IIV and from shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 20.06.16. Pale and hazy peach colour. Small off-white head. Refreshing aroma of lemon, lime and green grapes. Taste of citrus seeds, green grapes, wild apples, pears, gooseberries and grapefruit and lime juice. Medium sourness. Good drinkability.

From tap at Øst 02.06.16 with KT-people at IIV. Cloudy pale orange and dense and persistent white head and lacing. Superb aroma of peach, papaya, mango and pale malt. Similar taste, with dried papaya, dried apricot, succade and marmalade. Medium bitterness. Very tasty, with a low ABV.

Rerate. Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 10.10.16. More bitterness, more dark malt and less waterish. Also a hint of liquorice. Still dry. Good drinkability! From tap at Øst 02.06.16 with KT-people at IIV. Dark brown. Small, beige head. Aroma of medium dark malt and chocolate malt. Brittle and a hint of bitterness in taste. A bit waterish. On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger (also available there bottled, 4.7%). Golden colour, moderate white head. Pleasant hoppy aroma, spicy / herbal and citrussy notes, hints of pine and spruce, Refreshing flavour, medium dry, notes of spruce tips, pine needles and grapefruit, medium bitterness. Very drinkable.

Fra fat på ØST, lanseringsdagen, sammen med Odd Gunnar: klar gyllen med fint skum som varer. Innsmigrende og myk aroma med sommerblomster og tropiske frukter. Ditto i smaken, som også gir meg grapefrukt og aprikoser i tillegg. Frisk og god med flott maltkropp og halvtørr avslutning.

Fra fat på ØST på lanseringsdagen, sammen med Odd Gunnar: lett uklar korngul med ok skum. Frisk, floral aroma med sitron oghøy/stall. Deilig, crisp citrussmak. Lett, tørr, elegant og typeriktig. Løfterik premiere fra et nytt bryggeri!
