Nice opaque brown color with beige head. The head gives up a bit to fast. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. Decent balance between sweetness and bitterness. Coffee, roast and some chocolate in the flavor. Nice easy drinkable ale.

Fra fat på Mi2 Cardinal sep-16: lett uklar, dyp gylden med fint skum som varer. Littt jordaktig aroma med grapefrukt, granskudd, tropiske frukter og urter. Honning i tillegg i smaken - gode greier, denne har mye mersmak i seg! Behagelig tørr bitterhet i avslutningen.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange colour, moderate head, slightly off-white. Lovely aroma of tropical fruits (esp. mango and passionfruit), tamarind and tangerine. The flavour is medium dry and very bitter, also notes of tropical fruits and grapefruit. A solid IPA!

On tap @ Øst, Stavanger. Pours hazy red, with a creamy, red head. Aroma is red berries, lactic acid, as well as musty fruit peel and hay. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart, with lots of forest berries berries, fruit peel and lactic acid.

Bottle. It pours a faintly hazy golden body under a small, diminishing white head. The aroma is piney and orangey, with some malty notes and bread hints. It’s full to medium bodied, with a decent carbonation. Pine cones, orange zest, some malty sweetness and a fine bitterness in the mouth. Lasting bitter and orangey finish. Quite decent this one, but nothing extraordinary. Drinks easily. 160806
