Cask at the Rambelr Inn - Edale. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Simple pale bread in the nose, light citrus, straw. Light sweet flavor with some doughy malts, notes of apple, faint leafy bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Basic doughy malts in the finish, pale grain, more appley notes. So so.

Keg @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Very dark, but not quite black, with a creamy off-white head. Crisp with a slightly more stout like texture and taste, although certainly not as stated as a stout could be. It’s full-bodied though.
